I have been staying busy with my swaps through swap-bot and with taking care of my mom's lawn.  It was WAY too hot to be doing any kind of yard work, but it HAD to get done.  After all the weeks without any rain, which resulted in zero grass growth for that whole time, suddenly her yard was getting at least a shower every day for over a week, where it was too wet to run the mower---and all that rain followed by lots of sun combined with inability to mow equaled two foot tall grass!!!!!!!  So, I mowed all but the tight spots one day last week--then went over Friday and mowed all that again and got all the tight spots.  Then went back yesterday and did the weed eatting!!!!!  Had to go to work today in order to rest!!  

It's going to be really great when I finally figure out how to use this journal to full advantage!!!  I'm looking forward to that day.  In the meantime, I will do what I can do as I am able.

So, there I was, minding my own business, doing what I normally do when the internet and time flow freely around me--checking my email (I have three email addresses) and checking on my swaps at swap-bot--when suddenly my eyes opened for the first time and I realized that swap-bot has forums!!!!!  Before I knew what was happening, I was caught up in reading some of the forums and found out that alot of the swap-bot people have livejournal!!!!!  and POOF!!! Now, I have a livejournal too!!!!!  Hope this is the start of something great!!
